I was able to find a break between the rain and get in a very good track session. I did 2x(800,600,400,200m) @ 2:09,1:62,61,28 sec and 2:08,1:32,60,27 sec.
It was a bit windy and this type of workout is always difficult to do solo. I did some light weight training too. This was probably the most challenging workout for me this season.
