Why do I train so hard?
I usually have a goal of trying to run faster or as fast as I did the following year. Now as a master athlete, I have new goals. I can see what other master athletes are running and I set my goal to be the fastest. This inspires me to train hard to be as fit as possible. I also have to make healthy life style choices that allow my body to be in optimal state of health and aerobic fitness.
