Getting ready to compete in the 800m indoors with
another tough track session tonight in freezing rain. Started with 2 miles @ 10:20 to warm up and get some aerobic work.

I took about 400m jog recoveries.
2x50 plyometric box jumps
and 20 pullups.
2 mile cool down
