I did a 20 mile run around 7:30-8 min pace over many hills. I was very rested after taking two days off. I decided I need a big aerobic boost. Running twenty miles of hills will do it.
I am pretty sure I got a workout in just thinking about running 20 miles. I did however actually get some short running intervals in on the treadmill yesterday. Maybe a total of 8-9 minutes of running in a 35 minute workout.
