30 min run, 1x400, 3x200m with drills.

Today was another perfect spring day. I started with a 20 min run. 3x12 pullups, 1x400m @ 60 seconds, 3x200m @ 29,29,27 seconds. I followed the last 200m with 40 pushups, 100 dips, and 4x100m strides.
